Trafficade Signs & Sales, Inc. is looking for a Will Call Front Counter person. Applicants must have customer service experience and a good work ethic.
Must be friendly and be able to provide exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
• Must have 2 years of experience dealing with customers in person and over the phone.
• Problem solving ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Create sales orders and invoices in Sage 50 (Peachtree).
• Experienced with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Team attitude and enthusiasm.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• A helpful, patient and friendly customer service focused attitude.
• An ability to connect and engage, on phone calls, with our valued customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
